1. Use of the Site
A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
2. No Client Relationship
Viewing the Site or contacting PGI does not create a client-investigator relationship. No services are provided until a written engagement agreement is executed.
3. Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by or licensed to PGI and protected by law. Copying, distribution, modification, or republication without written consent is prohibited.
4. Prohibited Uses

Reproduce or commercialize Site content
Post or transmit malware or harmful code

PGI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PGI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify PGI against claims arising from your Site use or breach of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under AAA or JAMS rules.
No class actions
Jury trial rights waived
Injunctive relief claims for IP rights may be filed in court
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law.
14. Changes
PGI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
